Homegrown Music Series: Wound Tight Formed in Southwest Virginia, WoundTight plays an energetic bluegrass style. With an emphasis on traditional bluegrass music, gospel, classic country tunes (with a bluegrass twist), strong vocals, and original material, this band truly lives up to their name.In 2014 they released their first self-titled album. The band then released their second project "No More Rain" in 2017 featuring original material. Two more single releases have followed: "Driving Me Insane" and "Why Did You Go Away" in 2019.
