SupNoke™ Terms of Use

Your agreement with SupNoke™

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SupNoke (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

SupNoke is operated by Harmonic Lift, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Description of Service

SupNoke is an event discovery and engagement platform that allows users to browse events, check in to events, and participate in platform features tied to local experiences.

The Service may change from time to time as features are added, modified, or removed.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use SupNoke. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

5. Event Information Disclaimer

SupNoke aggregates event information from third-party sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any event listing.

Event details, times, locations, and availability are subject to change without notice, and SupNoke is not responsible for cancellations, errors, or inaccuracies.

6. Location Data and Check-Ins

Certain features of SupNoke, including event check-ins and promotions, require the use of location data.

Location data is used solely to:

  • •Verify physical presence at an event
  • •Enable event-related features
  • •Prevent fraud or abuse

Location data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is not sold or used for targeted advertising.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • •Attempt to spoof or falsify location data
  • •Use automated tools, scripts, or bots
  • •Manipulate promotions or giveaways
  • •Interfere with the operation of the Service
  • •Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, features, pricing, legal requirements, or business practices.

When changes are made:

  • •The “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms will be revised.
  • •Material changes may be communicated through the SupNoke platform or other reasonable means.

Continued access to or use of SupNoke after any changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harmonic Lift, LLC and SupNoke shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to discontinue use.

10. Promotions, Giveaways, and Check-In Rewards

SupNoke may offer promotions, giveaways, contests, or sweepstakes (collectively, “Promotions”) that are linked to event check-ins or other platform activity.

Eligibility

Promotions are open only to users who:

  • •Are at least 18 years of age
  • •Are legal residents of the United States, unless otherwise stated
  • •Have an active SupNoke account in good standing
  • •Are physically present at the applicable event location, as verified by GPS-based geofencing

Employees, contractors, and affiliates of Harmonic Lift, LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible unless expressly stated otherwise.

No Purchase Necessary

No purchase or payment is required to enter or win any Promotion. Making a purchase will not increase the chances of winning.

Entry Conditions

  • •One entry per user per Promotion
  • •Automated, fraudulent, or abusive entries are prohibited
  • •SupNoke reserves the right to verify eligibility and compliance

Winner Selection and Notification

  • •Winners are selected at random
  • •Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries
  • •Winners are notified via the email address associated with their SupNoke account
  • •Promotion results are final and irreversible once executed

Failure to respond to a prize notification within the specified time may result in forfeiture.

Prizes

  • •Prizes may include items of monetary value such as gift cards, merchandise, tickets, or experiences
  • •Prizes are awarded “as-is”
  • •No cash alternative, substitution, or transfer is permitted unless explicitly stated
  • •SupNoke is not responsible for lost, damaged, delayed, or unusable prizes

Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes. SupNoke may require tax documentation (including IRS Form W-9) for prizes exceeding reporting thresholds.

Liability Release

By participating in any Promotion, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Harmonic Lift, LLC, SupNoke, and their officers, members, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims arising from participation, prize acceptance, or use.

Fraud and Disqualification

SupNoke reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms or engages in fraud, abuse, manipulation, or circumvention of platform safeguards.

Modification or Cancellation

SupNoke reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Promotion at any time for any reason, including technical issues or suspected abuse.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
