Valentine’s Day Sacred Cacao Ceremony, Somatic Yoga, and Sound Bath Join us for a heart-centered Valentine’s Day ceremony devoted to love, connection, and healing. This immersive experience weaves together traditional Peruvian cacao ceremony, gentle somatic movement, and a deeply restorative sound bath. Your journey is co-facilitated by Jack Howard and Martha Kastler. Jack is deeply steeped in ancestral cacao traditions, and offers cacao as a medicine of the heart; supporting emotional openness, intimacy, and authentic connection. Jack will guide the cacao ritual and sound healing, while somatic movement and journaling practices that gently awaken the body and heart will be led by Martha. Together we foster deeper connection for couples and meaningful heart-opening for all. This offering is an invitation to explore What is Love? through presence, embodiment, and shared experience.
