Dr. Burrell & His Amazing Horse Pillbox

In this 60-minute engagement, witness the interactive story of Dr. Isaac Burrell, his namesake hospital and the African American Hospital Movement. Be dazzled by Mike Moran, The Puppet Playing Goatsinger, as he interacts with “Pillbox,” Dr. Burrell’s amazing horse, who narrates. Learn local history and be invited to tell a story.
