Wednesday Morning Track Workout 🏃‍♀️ Start your Wednesday with a little speed and a lot of community. Join us every week at the track at Patrick Henry High School Track for our Wednesday Morning Track Workout, kicking off at 6:00 AM (with a few eager friends rolling in around 5:30 AM to get the party started early). These workouts are thoughtfully curated by our Training Program Coach and feature tempo and endurance-building intervals designed to help you improve your pacing, strength, and overall running performance.
