Daisy Art Parade Puppet-Making Workshop

Be part of the Clean Valley Council Daisy Art Parade krewe! It’s fun, free, and for everyone.We are meeting every Tuesday through April 28, from 5:30-7:30 p.m., at Clean Valley Council to make larger-than-life aquatic macroinvertebrates for the Daisy Art Parade on May 9. Our message is “Keep our waterways clean!”Join us for one or all of the workshops. All skill levels and ages are welcome. Roanoke artist Leslie Santapaul is on our krewe providing artistic inspiration and guidance.On Saturday, May 9, we will be among many other krewes lining up with our puppets at 11 a.m., at the River’s Edge Park North parking lot, 304 Reserve Ave., SW for the Daisy Art Parade, which starts at noon.
