Fork in the Alley is tucked behind Crystal Spring Ave in South Roanoke, set in a converted carriage house with exposed brick. It's a restaurant first, pizza, burgers, specialty dogs, but the full bar and live music keep it going at night. They run music most nights, from bluegrass to rock. The patio is where people end up when the weather's good.
