Corned Beef has been on Jefferson Street since 1985, which makes it one of the longest-running bars downtown. Roughly 30,000 square feet across multiple levels, with a rooftop that opens seasonally. They book live bands regularly and pull acts from Charlotte, DC, and Atlanta alongside locals. Open Tuesday through Saturday until 2am. The Celtic Celebration on St. Patrick's Day fills the place every year.
