More about Natural Bridge State Park
Natural Bridge State Park is about an hour south of Roanoke and centers around a 215-foot limestone arch carved by Cedar Creek. There are about six miles of trails and a 30-foot waterfall further down the path. The monthly Bridge Illumination on the last Saturday from April through October is the main evening draw, where they light the arch after dark and keep the visitor center open late. It's on everyone's list for visiting tourists.
