Join us for an unforgettable evening at The Pride Ball, a no charge community celebration presented by the Roanoke Diversity Center. June 27 from 7-10 PM at The Spot on Kirk, this lively event will feature music, dancing, delicious cake from Evie's and Snacks, a cash bar, and exciting raffle prizes. A small-to-medium capacity nonprofit music venue on Kirk Avenue downtown, run by Down By Downtown Music. The building used to be Kirk Avenue Music Hall. Good sound design and acoustics. The acts are all over the board, from solo pickers to thrash\punk bands. Over 500 shows in nearly a decade. Helped launch Morgan Wade. Books local talent and national touring acts. Also does film screenings and private events.
