Description
Wednesday Morning Track Workout 🏃♀️ Start your Wednesday with a little speed and a lot of community. Join us every week at the track at Patrick Henry High School Track for our Wednesday Morning Track Workout, kicking off at 6:00 AM (with a few eager friends rolling in around 5:30 AM to get the party started early). These workouts are thoughtfully curated by our Training Program Coach and feature tempo and endurance-building intervals designed to help you improve your pacing, strength, and overall running performance. Whether you’re training for a goal race or just want to add some structured speed work to your week, this session is a great way to challenge yourself alongside a supportive crew. ✨ Training Program participants receive the full weekly workout details by email—so if you want the inside scoop and a little extra accountability, consider joining one of our training programs. 👉 Learn more about our training opportunities at www.fleetfeetroanoke.com Set your alarm, lace up your shoes, and meet us under the lights. There’s nothing quite like a sunrise workout with friends. 🌅🏃♂️

More about Patrick Henry High School
Patrick Henry is one of Roanoke City's two public high schools, but their theater program pulls in more than just students. The PH Players have won two VHSL state championships and regularly stage full productions open to the public. Director Michelle LoRicco runs casts and crews of around 40 students, and shows like "Peter and the Star Catcher" have been recent standouts. It's a high school program, but it doesn't feel like one once the show starts.
