The Mullet Ride has always been a “business in the front, party in the back” no-drop mountain bike ride. NEW for 2025–two group options: Classic Mullet: Just like the classic hairstyle, this ride never goes out of style…or something like that. Ride to the star and back to the shop for food and drinks. Intermediate Mullet: We are adding more party with an easier-paced intermediate ride. Mill Mountain is still tough, but we will take our time and explore new trails. If you are comfortable on the lowers at Carvins Cove, and you are ready to challenge yourself with some climbing, try this ride. We will gather at the Cardinal Café post-ride for drinks, pizza, and snacks.

Cardinal Bicycle has been in Grandin Village for decades and recently added the Cardinal Cafe inside the shop. They serve rice bowls, sandwiches, and smoothies, but a lot of the action comes from group rides and cycling meetups. It ends up feeling more like a clubhouse than a store during events.
