Event by First Fridays at Five, Inc. in Downtown Roanoke VA! Proceeds benefit area non-profits. Brightside plays classics from Pearl Jam, Sublime, Foo Fighters, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Matchbox 20, Green Day, The Killers, and many other great bands!Sharing fun songs from the 90's and beyond brought 4 talented musicians (and Marshall) together in 2012 to form Brightside.Based just north of Charlotte, NC the band has become a regional favorite. Three of the founding members remain in the band. Patrick on drums, Bryan on Lead Guitar, and Marshall playing Guitar and Keys. All have enjoyed experiences with multiple groups over the last fifteen years, but consider Brightside their home. YA’LL…Marshall is from the Roanoke region! Grab your friends and head downtown to check out something new and help us welcome Marshall and the band back to the Star City with a heck of a showing! 🙌👏Gates open at 5:00PM. Tickets are purchased at the gate. Entry is just $10. Must be 21 or older to attend. No re-entry.Food:We have delicious food for sale from Mountain Grille Food Truck.
