Join the Fleet Feet Move and Mingle Pub Run at Big Lick Brewing Company, located in Downtown Roanoke! Every Tuesday evening at 6pm, join us at Big Lick for a run or walk, delicious beer and great company.
Check in at the Fleet Feet tent to fill out a waiver when you arrive. Announcements will get started at 6pm, then we'll take you on a 3-mile route along the outskirts of Downtown and the Lick Run Greenway. A 1-mile and a 5-mile route is also available. Invite your friends and family, this is a family-friendly event. Kids are welcome, they just have to have a parent or guardian in-tow.
When you're done, cool off with an ice cold beverage from Big Lick!

Big Lick Brewing is Downtown Roanoke’s premier microbrewery, taproom and beer garden, specializing in craft beer with an emphasis on quality and variety. It has a huge, open taproom with stage and pinball off to the side. There's a huge outdoor beer garden with fire pits, cornhole, and stage out front. They have their own food truck run by Firecraft. Specializing in Smash Burgers. They run live music and events most of the week, especially on weekends. If you just want to show up somewhere and know something's happening, this is one of the safest bets in town.
