Join us each Saturday from 10-11:30am at The Grandin Wellness Center for Somatic Yoga based on the teachings of Hanna Somatics with Martha Kastler and Mindful Yoga with Evie Urquhart. These classes are gentle, accessible, transformative, and healing. Martha and Evie alternate teaching (Martha 1st & 3rd Sat & Evie 2nd & 4th) $15 for 90 min class-what a deal!
