Tartan 5K Glow Run/Walk

3rd Annual Tartan Twilight 5k Glow Run/Walk presented by Radford University in Roanoke (Radford University Carilion). The purpose of the Tartan Twilight 5k is to promote student and community health and well-being, encourage connection to the outdoors and the Roanoke City Greenways, and support the Student Wellness initiatives at Radford University in Roanoke. The proposed course for the 5K is the Rivers Edge North Roanoke River Greenway with the start/finish line in the green open space at Rivers Edge North. Pre-race activities (e.g. on-site registration, participation packet pickup, etc.) starts at 5pm with the official start time of the 5k glow run/walk at 6:10pm. Post-race activities will start approximately 8:30pm and include awards presentation and music.
