Join us for our monthly hour of gentle movement and quiet reflection inspired by the theme of the month. This month, our theme is Mindful Making with Textiles.
In this yoga practice, we will celebrate the meditative journey often found in the repetitive process of crafting with textiles, honoring heritage and serving as a pathway to personal growth and positive change.
No prior yoga experience is necessary. This class is suitable for all bodies and emphasizes presence over performance. Donations appreciated.
