The Exchange opened New Year's Eve 2025 on Jefferson Street inside the old epic First National Exchange Bank building. It's a ~1,000-capacity standing room venue with high ceilings, marble columns, and the stone lions still out front. Brought to you by the same folks who put on the incomparable FloydFest music festival. It's part of a larger setup with The Promissory hotel and Suerte restaurant. Still new, but it's already positioned to become a major music spot in the city.
