Storytime: Mental Health Matters

Join Belmont library and Mental Health in Motion for this dynamic preschool storytime that grounds us in stories that we can move to. We will have stories, movement and a craft. Great activity for children under 5 and their parents (older siblings welcome). Mental Health in Motion is led by a National Certified Counselors and their mission is "To provide mental health advocacy, education, and awareness to our communities in ways that are creative and meaningful, thus fostering greater understanding and decreasing stigma around mental health."
